I had a frustrating experience at this resort. The location is decent, making it easy to reach nearby attractions, and the second condo we stayed in was a lot better in terms of cleanliness and updates. However, the overall service left much to be desired, especially with the initial unit's poor state. The cleanliness issues were quite disappointing, overshadowing what could have been a great stay.
I had a really disappointing experience at the resort. The cleanliness of the condo was far from acceptable, and I was shocked at the condition of the room when I arrived. On the other hand, I did appreciate the nice pool area which was well-kept. The staff responsiveness was lacking and could use major improvements. Overall, I felt I didn't get my money's worth due to the issues with the condo's cleanliness.
I had a pretty rough experience with the hotel, particularly due to the poor condition of the condo I was assigned. The management needs major improvements in handling customer complaints. On a brighter note, I found one condo later that was fantastic and made my stay a bit better.
I had a mixed experience during my stay. The condo we were in was beautiful and well-kept, providing a nice living space. However, I faced challenges with the management company, which affected the overall experience as they struggled with customer service and room allocation. While our condo was clean, others in the hotel seemed to have cleanliness issues that I personally didn't encounter but left me concerned for others. I cannot recommend using this management company based on my experience.
My stay at the resort had its ups and downs. While the customer service was exceptional, especially from Katherine, the initial room we were given was far from pleasant and not very clean. Fortunately, after switching condos, I found a modern and clean room that completely changed my experience. However, I did notice some inconsistencies in cleanliness among other units, which was disappointing.
